What you have seen perhaps are the entrepreneurial nanasala operators who had taken initiative to identify such third parties and negotiated business models.<BR/><BR/>Successful telecentre networks have core support organizations who broaker such partnerships. Most of the South Asian societies now undergo so far unprecedented expansion in mobile services. Telecenters should find how they can benefit from the synergy.
